Support Center - Operations Services


The Associate Manager of Operation Services is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and distribution of all foundational operations policies, programs, and resources provided to the system. They will serve as a key advocate for Operations Services by representing the function as an execution and implementation specialist. This role will provide guidance and operations support to franchise owners and field management, partnering cross functionally to ensure successful and consistent execution of Jamba brand standards.


  • Develop and maintain high level of knowledge regarding store operational processes.
  • Represent Operations Services on cross-functional project teams; build and maintain productive working relationships with key cross-functional business partners; keep larger Operations Services team up to date as needed.
  • Manage the receipt of operation related feedback from cross-functional departments, decipher and make recommendations on how to communicate to the field.
  • Under managerial direction, develop and revise policies and procedures to support company-wide initiatives and new operational processes.
  • Ensure that foundational resource materials (Operations Manuals and Excellence Program) are comprehensive, accurate and remain current. Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to create and update content as needed.
  • Partner with Learning & Development team to ensure that foundational resource materials are integrated with training programs and materials. 
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and execution of store processes, and launch process obtain feedback on materials and processes related from key field, cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current operation platforms and make recommendations for improvements based on research and industry trends.
  • Support or manage other operations projects per Director, Operation Services.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of operations experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant
  • Experience managing process improvement projects
  • Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
